Ever since the foundation of the company more than 25 years ago, constant innovation has been part of strategy of our company. Research and development are the basics for ever improving and new systems and processes in the fields of memrane filtration and water treatment.
In addition to internal activities in research and development, Atec has been a participant in public funded research projects, for example:
- HyprSTEP research project for advanced wastewater treatment (removal of micro contaminants and resistant germs)
- REWARD research project for recycling of wash water from laundries
- ACOR research project for recycling of coolant and silicon particles from the cutting of PV wafers
The German Stifterverband awards the seal “Innovative through Research” to companies that take part in publicly funded research and development activities. We are honored to receive this award and promise to stay highly innovative!
